It was the idea I was going for… so much pain and anguish has come before this moment for Lochan so when he finally, finally gets what he has been wanting for years and years he is completely overwhelmed. It is sort of like that feeling you get when you finish exams and you know you should be really happy and celebrating but you feel sort of off and drained and you don’t really know what to do with yourself. Well amplify that by like a thousand and that is how Lochan is feeling. He is just completely exhausted. I want to give him a hug too! Luckily we have Cindra to do that and she is definitely huggable.

Poor Lochan is just at the end of his wick, isn’t he? I wanted to give him a hug, too, but ugh so much awkwardness. What is Nyawe smirking about back there, the little witch?

I wonder how Lochan is feeling about Cindra. He obviously wants her strength and comfort — look how pink and pinchable she is compared to Isaura, too — but I wonder how far he’ll want to take that. (He is a man, though, so that might be enough.)

I’m more worried about Cindra’s feelings meanwhile. I don’t think Lochan is going to fall in love with Cindra no matter how much he might want to squeeze her and pinch her all over, but Garrick had better hurry up and clean himself up because Cindra’s love for him seems to be trickling away.

I’m so glad you’re back, Verity, we’ve really been left hanging here. I hope that’s some encouragement to keep writing.

That last picture/event was incredibly sweet. It’s nice to see the ‘softer side’ of Cindra. She’s growing up and it definitely shows.
