Thanks for the advice Lothere... I will try that and see if it works. I am glad that it wasn't just me having the problem, so there is a possible solution :).

Hepsie is pretty much at the very end of the second trimester, she would be up-bumping at the beginning of next month anyway so she is getting pretty uncomfortable now. Man... babies are so huge... my friend has one due in a month and she has suddenly gotten really big... it is like her stomach has started growing away from her now :). We go for walks together and we have stop at every port-a-loo on the way, poor thing. I can't imagine how it feels to have a baby pressing on your bladder all the time... ugh. It isn't going to be fun for Hepsie. She really needs some help.

I have a similar problem I think. As I recall, if a 2nd-trimester pregnant woman goes to another lot (or is teleported using InSim, that's all I ever do) she is in 3rd trimester for about an hour, and during that time the reproduction thingie (the microwave, yeah! keepin' that bun warm by nuking it...) doesn't recognize that she is pregnant, so I can't change it.

However, after the hour is up, or perhaps when the clock rolls over and does whatever thing it periodically does to update pregnancy status, her bump disappears, and she immediately raises her hand and yells at everyone to watch her inflate, and she goes back up to 2nd trimester. After that the microwave works again, but I have to hurry and tell it to suspend the pregnancy, or she will soon go into labor.

So I would say try speeding up the game and waiting an hour or two, and see whether it does the same thing it does for me. If you have the same bug as me, she will go back down to 2nd trimester, and if not, she will have her baby and then you will just have to exit without saving...

I don't think I've had to do this since I have had Pets & Seasons, but then again I can't think of a time where I have had a 4+ months pregnant lady go to another lot since then. It's been kind of slow with the babies lately in Lothere. I just took pictures for a chapter with Cat (at home) where she just got her 2nd trimester bump, but you can't even notice it in the pictures. :-(

Hepsie's got a lot ahead of her if she's only on the middle bump. The second trimester is the easiest. Soon she will have to be doing all this work and taking care of all these people while hauling around a giant baby inside of her, sitting directly on her bladder, if not on her sciatic nerve.

Yeah I can't imagine feeding three would be an easy task. Ouch.

Hepsie's actually got a bit of a way to go... I think about three months. I have this really annoying bug that makes any pregnant woman not on their own lot be the maximum amount of pregnant (so third trimester). Ideally Hepsie should still be on the middle bump now... but she was so close to going up a bump size anyway that I guess it doesn't really matter. It is such an annoying problem though... does anyone else have this problem too? Or a fix for it?

Gena is almost there... she is due to give birth this month... also Cindra is giving birth soon... this month is very chocabloc with babies. Guess after being on the ship so long everyone's cycles started to match up :).

Except for seeing the pretty babies, I didn't think this post was lovely so much as tense. I love how we get to see inside of Hepsie's thoughts, because she is so good at comforting other people and making them believe that nothing's wrong, when in fact she is quite worried inside. If we didn't get her POV we might end up thinking her somewhat naive!

And it's always fun to see new faces. :-)

How far along are Hepsie and Gena? They could both help nurse the babies, if Juzzine can hold out that long. I have a hard time imagining Alexis being comforted for the loss of his wife by the two babies who cost him his wife, but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised. (Or not... inconsolable grief is kind of romantic in a way.) Or you could just let Morven live...

Such sadness! And that poor young woman... feeding three? My goodness... I'll beat she's beat. I'm really curious to see how this goes. They really are being stretched too thin and it is likely only to get worse. Things that go 'bump' in the night don't just up and disappear.
